The three mainstay consumer hair care brands, previously owned by Ultimark Products of Pennsylvania, were acquired for several million dollars and will be folded into Scott’s existing health and beauty portfolio.

acquisition, M&H has bought up the PET jar & Kilner ranges
from Audus Noble Dines Plastics in the UK.
M&H has consolidated its position as one of Europe's largest
suppliers of beauty and health packaging with the acquisition of
HPL Jars and Containers - a move that gives the group a leading
edge in jar packaging.
